August - Monthly Report

Senator Sarauw wants to maintain the level of community engagement the team held during the campaign. That requires being outside of the office. The first town hall was held on St. John at the Sports, Parks, and Recreation Building. The Senator also made an unscheduled visit to Schneider Regional Medical Center after receiving a call from a concerned constituent. Amidst the busy budget hearing schedule, Senator Sarauw still found time for professional development, attending the National Conference of State Legislatures in Boston, not only to represent the USVI, but also to learn from other Legislatures in the nation.
